Joel Aragon

Joel has over 7 years of experience with Newcastle Financial Advisors, and over 4 years in his current role as Operations Manager. He oversees the onboarding process and client experience, including the implementation of transaction requests. Joel serves as lead liaison for all office personnel and business operations. He consistently provides exceptional customer service and works diligently to build meaningful connections with clients and colleagues. 

After years of training in Linguistics, Joel is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian & Portuguese. Joel has been married to his husband Jason for over 2 years. They enjoy traveling and going to live concerts. They reside in Long Beach with their 2 fur babies and can be found most weekends at Rosie's Dog Beach.
